The monthly rent is 12,900 CZK. All other fees are 4,800 CZK per person. Each additional person + 500 CZK. The fees are fixed. Refundable deposit of 16,900 CZK. For long-term rentals, we charge an administrative fee of 5,000 CZK + VAT.
